Enjoy a delicious sit-down dinner with an all-new paired menu by Head Chef Marco Nobrega. The 5-course dinner features a selection of dishes produced with inspiration from the best of Scottish seasonal ingredients.

Each dish will be paired with a Single Malt from one of Scotland’s most beloved and luxury distilleries The Macallan.
